  • Mapped employee workflows, compliance constraints, and failure points.

  • Co-built the conversational and video-agent interaction concept with Toni Michel.
  • Designed the explicit handoff from a student interaction to an authorized adult.

  • Produced a working technical exploration, not target-population validation.
  • Kept pedagogical, privacy, provider, and escalation decisions as unresolved approval gates.
