How to request deletion or anonymization

To request deletion, anonymization, account closure, or connected-service disconnect review, email hello@human2ai.ca from the email address associated with your H2AI account or connected social account.

Please include:

• Your name and email address.
• The brand, workspace, or public page involved, if known.
• The connected provider involved, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Stripe, Square, or Gmail.
• Whether you want deletion, anonymization, disconnect, data export, or account closure review.

What happens next

We verify the request, confirm the scope, and process eligible personal information from H2AI systems. We may keep limited records where required for security, audit trails, billing, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.

Disconnecting a provider such as Facebook or Instagram stops H2AI from using that connected token for future actions. You can also revoke H2AI access directly inside the provider account settings.

Expected timing

We normally acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required or the request is unusually complex.
