Nothing's shelf-stable. That's the point. Diane Murphy isn't just the owner - she's a nutritionist by training, and you can taste it in what's on the shelf. When she presses a juice, she knows what's in it and why it's there. The clinical practice next door has its own door - this is the juicery. This isn't a chain. It's your neighbour, who happens to know a lot about food.
